I’ve spent more than 15 years working in technology, data, systems and process improvement—including serving as a vice president and executive technology leader.

That may sound far removed from helping someone connect a speaker, learn Lightroom, or untangle a spreadsheet. It isn’t.

My work has always centered on the same basic goal: understanding what someone is trying to accomplish, removing unnecessary complexity, and creating a solution that makes sense to the person who needs to use it.

Outside of my technology career, I’ve spent more than a decade working directly with photography clients and photographing pets and rescue animals. That work requires many of the same qualities I bring here: patience, close observation, clear communication, and meeting people where they are.

Geek & Done brings those experiences together for everyday technology—the kind that can save time, preserve memories, build confidence, or quietly consume an entire afternoon when it refuses to cooperate.
