You remain present, can see what is happening, and can end it at any time. Unattended access is not installed. You enter your own passwords.

Yes, when the request benefits from in-person help. Weekday appointments are available throughout the San Diego area. A short phone or video screening is required before a first in-home visit.

Geek & Done’s general device support is centered on Windows and Android. For Apple-only needs, you’ll know before booking so you can choose an appropriate specialist. Photoshop desktop and Lightroom Classic instruction are available on Windows.

Possibly, but large collections require assessment. Work may begin with an organization plan, backup review, representative sample, or limited first phase. Files and photographs are not deleted without your involvement and approval.

Yes, with password-manager setup, legitimate account-recovery steps, and security or privacy settings. Geek & Done cannot circumvent account security or access an account without the owner’s permission.

The in-home service-call fee covers reserved time, travel within the San Diego service area, assessment, advice, and practical next steps. It applies to the appointment even when the original issue requires another next step. Any work beyond the scheduled appointment begins only if you choose it.

Yes. You may begin a request for another adult, provided they know about it, consent, and participate when needed.
Help for someone else

Remote appointments are available on weekdays and select evenings. In-home appointments are available weekdays only. Exact availability is provided after your request is reviewed.
